These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ProfitHub Premium at profithubpremium.site. By using the website, starting a trial or activating a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What ProfitHub Premium is
ProfitHub Premium is a private set of trading tools, bots, engines and signals that run on top of your own Deriv account. We are not a broker, we do not hold or manage your money, and we do not place trades on your behalf outside your own account. Every trade runs on your connected Deriv account, and your money and balance stay inside that account at all times.
Who can use it
To use ProfitHub Premium you must be at least 18 years old, own a valid Deriv account, and follow both Deriv's terms and the laws that apply where you live. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use these products in your country.
Membership and access
We offer membership tiers, currently Student, Premium and Elite. Membership is lifetime access with one time pricing and no monthly fees. After your purchase is approved you receive a verification key. You enter that key on the website and connect your Deriv account to unlock access.
Free trial
New users can try the platform free for 24 hours. The trial can be used once per Deriv account and once per WhatsApp number. Some features may be limited during the trial. When the trial ends, you can continue by activating a paid membership.
Verification keys
Your verification key is personal to you. Do not share it or resell it. We may suspend or cancel access if a key is shared, sold or used in a way that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for anything illegal.
- Do not resell, copy or redistribute the platform, your key or our content.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Do not use the platform in a way that harms other users or the service.
Trading risk
Trading Deriv products, including options and contracts for difference, carries a high level of risk. You can lose some or all of the money you put into a trade. Results from any bot, engine or signal are not a promise of future results, and no tool can guarantee a profit. You are fully responsible for your own trades, your settings, your stake, your stop loss and your take profit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

The tools, signals and information on ProfitHub Premium are provided for general use only. They are not personalised financial, investment or trading advice. If you need advice for your situation, speak to a licensed professional.
Third party services
ProfitHub Premium connects to Deriv. Your use of Deriv is governed by Deriv's own terms and policies, and Deriv is responsible for its own services, your account and your funds.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features, and we may carry out maintenance, at any time.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the platform, or share your key. Where access is ended for a breach, membership fees are not refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ProfitHub Premium is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using the platform, the tools or the signals. You use the platform at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
